Bear River City, Utah 84301 The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) has contracted with CH2M HILL to conduct a study of Highway 89 through Logan Canyon. An important part of this work is a public involvement program to inform interested groups and individuals about the study and to obtain citizen input. Your name has been included on our mailing list to receive information. Enclosed is a copy of our first publication, a study introduction. This is intended to explain what the study will entail, why it is being done, and the schedule. The public involvement plan is also described.
