The purpose of the survey was to determine voter attitudes regarding proposed modifications to the Logan Canyon Highway. The sample was taken from a 1 ist publ ished by Carr Printing of Logan City residents who voted in the 1987 elections. A systematic sample of 208 was taken from a population of 3,722. The sample represents approximately 6% of the population. Exh i bit 1 shows the quest ions used in the survey and the sample occurrence rate of aYes u and RNo n responses.
